
Chicago may be the actual windy city, but the windows of the Hermès boutique in Tokyo may be gunning for second-best. Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka created an installation for the windows, featuring a projected image of a woman blowing–and an Hermès scarf that gently billows in response. “There are moments when I perceive a hidden presence of a person in the movements born naturally in daily life,” said the artist of his installation. We say: give us an Hermès scarf on a breezy day anyday!
