That’s exactly how much two restaurants paid for a share of of a 128 kilogram Japanese bluefin tuna–which happens to be the highest amount paid for such fish in nearly eight years. One half of the prized food went to Ginza’s Kyubey, the other to posh Itamae sushi. At Kyubey, a single sliver spoon of the gourmet snack costs $22,an experience rated very highly by Japanese critics.
